Pinecrest Ventures ("we," "us," or "our") operates DealStack (the "App"), a real estate investment calculator application. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Every number you enter into DealStack's calculators — property prices, loan terms, rent rolls, and so on — is processed entirely on your device. We do not transmit, collect, or store your calculator inputs or results on any server. We have no way of seeing what you calculate.
DealStack does not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, or any other contact information through the App.
DealStack shows banner ads through Google AdMob on free screens. To do this, Google AdMob and its advertising partners may automatically collect and process:
This data is collected and processed by Google, not by us directly. Google's use of this data is governed by Google's own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. You can see how Google uses data from partner sites and apps at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
DealStack offers optional premium plans (monthly, annual, or lifetime) that unlock additional calculators and remove ads. Purchases are handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play — DealStack never sees or stores your payment method, card number, or billing address.
We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. RevenueCat receives your purchase history and an anonymous identifier tied to your device/app install so it can tell us whether you're entitled to premium features. By default, RevenueCat does not receive your name, email address, or other contact information — we have not configured DealStack to send it any.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
We share data only with the service providers described above (Google AdMob and RevenueCat), and only as needed for them to provide advertising and purchase-management services to the App. We do not share your information with other third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Because AdMob's ad delivery can involve interest-based ("personalized") advertising, some privacy laws (including California's CCPA/CPRA) treat this as "sharing" of personal information even though no money changes hands. See "Your Choices" below for how to opt out.

Opting out means you'll still see ads in DealStack — they just won't be based on your interests or ad identifiers.
Subscriptions are billed and managed through your Apple ID (App Store → your name → Subscriptions) or your Google Play account (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions). You can restore a previous purchase from the Go Premium screen inside the App.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion of that information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. We do not sell personal information. To the extent AdMob's advertising is considered "sharing" under California law, you can opt out using the methods in the table above. If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Contact us using the details below to exercise these rights.
Because DealStack doesn't have accounts, most of the data associated with you (calculator inputs) never leaves your device — deleting the App deletes it. For deletion requests related to advertising or purchase data held by Google or RevenueCat, contact us at the email below and we will assist, including requesting deletion of your RevenueCat customer record.
DealStack is intended for real estate investors and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
We do not operate our own servers that store your personal information. Advertising and purchase data described above is retained by Google and RevenueCat in accordance with their own retention policies.
We rely on the security practices of Apple, Google, and RevenueCat for the data described in this policy. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Effective date" at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of DealStack after a change means you accept the updated policy.
